Senior Manager, Strategic Change, Workplace and Employee Communications, 12 Month FTC
People & Culture Communications

What you will be part of:

You will join the global People & Culture Communications team, working closely with leaders to shape the story of CCEP as a great place to work. The team works at the intersection of people, culture and business growth — creating impact through communications and positioning CCEP as a great place to work where everyone is welcome, can grow and is rewarded.

The role:

This role sits at the heart of how we engage our people and tell the story of CCEP as a great place to work. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, shaping communication approaches and bringing them to life in a way that connects with our brands and our people.

Working closely with leaders and their teams, you will turn complex people priorities into clear, engaging communications that drive understanding, alignment and action across a global workforce. No two days are the same: you will balance longer‑term programmes with fast‑moving priorities, always keeping quality, impact and audience front of mind.

What you will do:

  • Act as a trusted communications partner to leaders, providing clear strategic guidance while also supporting delivery.
  • Own high‑impact people communications end‑to‑end – from shaping objectives and plans to developing content, launching campaigns and measuring impact.
  • Translate strategic briefs into creative, modern communications that are clear, accessible and visually engaging.
  • Align communications with our core narratives, including our Employee Value Proposition and company story.
  • Create and curate engaging content across channels, with a strong focus on visuals, design and storytelling.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and delivering to deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Deliver business‑as‑usual communications and channels, while continuously looking for opportunities to improve audience engagement.
  • Work with agency partners to develop content as required.
  • Collaborate with the global communications community to execute communications locally when needed.
  • Measure effectiveness, identify learnings and use insights to continuously improve outcomes.

About you:

You are experienced in both shaping communications strategy and delivering execution. You take a creative, curious and modern approach, with a strong visual eye and high standards for quality and detail. You are organised, calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities without losing focus.

You build strong relationships quickly and confidently, working with stakeholders across cultures, countries and disciplines. You know when to challenge constructively, simplify complexity and influence with credibility.

Skills and essentials:

  • Native-level English.
  • Extensive experience in internal or employee communications, working closely with leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing communications end‑to‑end – from strategy through to delivery and measurement.
  • Strong understanding of people and culture topics and their role in supporting business strategy.
  • A passion for exploring new, creative ways to engage audiences and tell stories.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience engaging frontline and geographically dispersed audiences.
  • Confidence providing constructive challenge and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across multiple formats and channels.
  • Experience using communication platforms and tools (e.g. Poppulo, Canva) and working with agencies.
  • A focus on impact – using insight and measurement to continuously improve communication.

Desirable but not mandatory :

  • University Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Related change management qualification and/or experience
  • Additional languages are an advantage

Experience:

  • Extensive cross‑sector or industry communications experience in a corporate, agency or journalistic environment, including internal communications.
  • Strong knowledge of People & Culture functions, priorities and transformation topics, including employee value proposition, talent and career development, inclusion, wellbeing, ethics and compliance, and digital.
  • As this is a 12‑month contract, the role requires someone able to start quickly and deliver impact from the outset.

Technical skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, creative, inspiring and professional content.
  • Ability to design, develop and deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content across a range of media and channels, working independently and with agencies as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects end‑to‑end, meeting deadlines and managing budgets and stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in content creation platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of communications and engagement measurement techniques, and ability to evaluate effectiveness using data and insights.
  • Awareness of best practices and current trends in internal communications and employee engagement, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
