The Role
Our Operators are responsible for effectively executing the CSD production plan. They achieve this by operating our state-of-the-art equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring a continued supply of quality outgoing product with minimum wastage and downtime. To ensure performance and outcomes that consistently meet CCEP's expectations, we need effective team members who will be able to use their technical skills and thorough understanding of the production process to review and optimise production parameters and ancillary equipment setup.

We are currently seeking an operator for the following shift: 
2 x 2 x 3 shift pattern, working between 6am to 6pm on a 7-day rotating roster.

What do I need?

• Good mechanical skills along with experience setting, adjusting and troubleshooting high speed equipment.
• Experience in a bottling plant with similar machinery would be an advantage but full training will be provided
• Competent reach truck operator is essential. 
• To understand Food Safety Management Systems and possess knowledge of Quality and Health and Safety practices as this role can involve product testing and compliance paperwork.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong focus on continuous improvement initiatives like 5S, Lean and Six Sigma round out the ideal candidate.
• Computer literacy, SAP experience is an advantage.
• You should enjoy working in a team environment and be able to work a 2x2x3 shift pattern working 6am to 6pm Monday to Sunday.
• Any leadership experience would be advantageous.
• And most importantly have a great attitude aligned to CCEP’s values - stand together, take the lead and keep it real.
