Senior Manager, Solutions Architect - Salesforce and Integration, All CCEP Locations

Job Purpose

The solutions architect works with the project teams to understand their requirements and support them in delivering best practices and maintaining a high level of quality of the existing CCEP Salesforce solutions as well as making sure the integration is running smoothly between Salesforce and other CCEP Strategic platforms (S/4).  This position is focused on technology standards, architecture framework and governance of current and future Icertis features & technologies.

What will be expected of you

  • Evaluate technical requirements regarding the existing solution and identify solutions & technologies adding value to our business.
  • Review and guide implementation approach and key artefacts
  • Direct early solution evaluation around gaps/risks, including the pro-active management of issues and effective engagement with the development team and Lead Developers
  • Direct and mentor implementation teams regarding architectural best practices of the existing Salesforce and Integration solutions (as referenced above)
  • Create solutions architecture for our cloud solutions and their integrations by employing a strong understanding of various development tools and technology
  • Develop and maintain solution design documents, communication and quality plans, and other project artefacts
  • Standardization of functionality across different applications within the platform; reusability of developments within the various platforms, including all integration components
  • Compliance check of code within the Salesforce and Integration platform
  • Technical issue management – align with our Cloud partners for resolution
  • Create prototypes of technical and functional solutions
  • Partners with and manages pilot programs with Salesforce and Integration partners
  • Test automation tool and regression testing processes

Qualifications

  • Degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent degree
  • Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish, French and German beneficial

Mandatory Certifications

  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II or Advanced Developer or Certified Technical Architect

Experience required

  • 6+ years of hands-on salesforce.com experience in the areas of call center, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Workflows, Mobile, API’s and integration to SAP and other Enterprise systems
  • 3+ years of experience in Integration platforms like Webmethods and Mulesoft
  • Management of technical resources of various implementation partners
  • Experience with agile implementation methodologies
  • Proven ability to analyse, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its components, knowhow of constraints and pitfalls
  • Improving the governance framework

Technical skills required

  • Strong knowledge of architecture concepts (patterns) in general
  • Excellent understanding of overall architectural concepts (e.g. API) and how they influence solution design
  • Good understanding of all standard master data components and functional components
