What you become part of:
Edmonton Operations produce 50 million cases of drinks per year across their 7 manufacturing lines. The site can produce up to 142,000 litres of drink every hour consisting of BIB, PET and Glass bottling. As a site Edmonton is single source production in GB for both Bag In Box and Oasis.
The site employees over 200 people across Manufacturing, QESH and Engineering. For the right candidate there is excellent career opportunities, both within the Edmonton Plant and further afield across other GB and Pan-European locations within the CCEP network.
About the role:
The Warehouse Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the effective and efficient running of the warehouse operation. You will coordinate the work of storing and retrieval of finished goods in the Warehouse, maintain the systemic flow of the operation.
Please note this role is 4 on 4 off 12 hour days and nights shift
What to expect:
- Maintaining accurate data for the holding and releasing of held stock, liaising with key stakeholders in this area, protecting customer service/casefill
- Taking personal ownership and responsibility for the quality of your work delivered, and be encouraged to identify and action ways to improve it
- Working closely with your shift/team to perform tasks allocated to you to ensure team performance and distribution output is achieved
- Coordinating the end-to-end process of Distribution from production receipt and storage through to despatch to ensure that customer expectations are met inclusive of stock routines
- The role incorporates the utilization of automated ways of working i.e. Automated Wave Release & Automated Yard.
Skills & Essentials:
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Warehouse and Logistic experience
- Keen attention to detail
- Great communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Working knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential
- A proactive approach to escalation when required
