About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Automation & Electrical Maintenance Engineer to play a critical role in delivering our AP Asset Care Strategy. You’ll lead the implementation of automation-enabled maintenance strategies, champion electrical safety, and optimise reliability across our manufacturing and logistics sites.

You’ll act as the technical authority for electrical and control systems, including LV/HV distribution, PLCs, instrumentation, and automation technologies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on innovation, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and wants to make a real impact on machine uptime and operational performance.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Deploy CCEP’s Automation and Electrical Strategy across AP sites
  • Lead automation-enabled maintenance strategies including predictive and condition-based maintenance
  • Drive electrical compliance programs and mitigate component obsolescence risks
  • Optimise maintenance programs for statutory automation, control systems, and emerging operational support requirements.
  • Support production teams with diagnostics and automation system data for fault-finding
  • Build capability development programs for site electricians and mentor teams on advanced automation technologies
  • Ensure rapid resolution of electrical issues through effective escalation and vendor partnerships

What We’re Looking For

  • Electrical trade qualification preferable
  • Strong technical expertise in automation, instrumentation, and control systems
  • 5 yrs+ proven experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead change and influence stakeholders across multiple sites
  • Knowledge of TPM/RCM best practices and asset care systems
  • Australian driver’s license and ability to travel interstate and internationally as required
