About the Equipment and Service Team…
As part of the Quality Assurance Team, we are responsible for delivering both exceptional levels of customer service and profitable revenue for CCEP. Your Direct Team is responsible for ensuring prompt and accurate invoicing to our key Customer, in addition to scheduling in Field maintenance programs for one of our largest Customers.
About your new role…
As our new EQS QMP/QA Coordinator Assistant, offered on a Part-Time basis, you will be responsible in managing and allocating scheduled work to the beverage quality team of technicians, responsible for delivering a Quality Beverage to consumers through consistent testing of Beverage dispense equipment located in customer venues. This role forms a part in ensuring that the quality is always delivered to a consumer, which is a requirement under the CCEP Australia bottling license and forms part of a Global standard.
This exciting role requires a friendly and confident candidate with a passion for high attention to detail and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) as you will be exposed to stakeholders of all levels within our business.
A typical day would look like, but not be limited to:
- Administration support for team with purchasing, billing, scheduling
- Perform ongoing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) review and operations validation
- Assisting the manager with administrative paperwork
- Assist the team manage CCEP, TCCC (The Coca-Cola Company) and governmental governance and regulatory compliance procedures for the site related to operations.
- Investigate and follow up on customer non-conformance requests
- Align systems and processes to ensure business efficiencies.
- Personal safety, safety of the team and all others carrying out work or visiting site.
- Model safe work behaviours while displaying a preventative and proactive approach towards safety.
- Ensure you and others you interact with adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you must be:
- A confident communication ability with all levels of stakeholders
- Have experience dealing with multiple priorities.
- Possess proven relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Be self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.
- Have excellent time management and meticulous planning and organisational skills
