POS Warehouse Coordinator

The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and proactive POS Warehouse Coordinator to support the effective management of Point of Sale (POS) materials and warehouse operations. This hands‑on role is critical in ensuring POS assets are received, stored, packed, and dispatched accurately to support sales, marketing, and operational teams.

This is a full‑time, Monday to Friday role. The position is operational and warehouse‑based, requiring on‑site presence with set start and finish times to support deliveries, dispatch, and stakeholder needs. Due to manual handling, safety, and physical warehouse responsibilities, remote work is not available.

You will play a key role in maintaining warehouse organisation, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring POS materials are managed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch POS materials in line with daily requirements
  • Maintain a safe, organised, and compliant warehouse environment in accordance with WHS standards
  • Coordinate deliveries and collections with couriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage POS inventory, including tracking stock levels, reporting shortages, and minimising wastage
  • Support sales, marketing, and event teams with POS preparation, storage, and logistics
  • Complete regular reporting, including POS movement, campaign reviews, and operational updates
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across warehouse and POS processes
  • Ensure accurate documentation, labelling, and handling of all POS assets

About You

You are dependable, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You take pride in being organised and accurate, and you can work independently while collaborating with a range of internal teams.

In addition, you will have:

  • Strong manual handling capability and comfort performing physical tasks daily
  • A forklift licence with proven experience operating safely in a warehouse environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accountability
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet set schedules and deadlines
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
  • A professional and proactive approach to stakeholder communication
  • Experience in warehousing, logistics, POS coordination, or a similar operational role is highly regarded
