About the Equipment and Service Team…
The EQS Team support a dynamic workshop and field-based team that are responsible for the repair, installation and servicing of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers.
This includes but is not limited to, Installation, Servicing, QA, Preventative Maintenance and refurbishment of CCEP wide range of equipment.
The role of the EQS team is to support the CCEP Sales teams in driving revenue and growth in the CCEP business by way of maximizing CCEP equipment performance.
About your new role… EQS Field Service Manager CDO – Southern Region!
A core element of CCEP’s growth strategy rests on the upkeep of CCEP’s equipment.
As our new EQS Field Service Manager CDO – Southern Region, you will be responsible for the team that ensures a quality beverage is always delivered to a consumer which is a requirement under the CCEP Australia bottling license and forms part of a Global standard.
Due to your ability to engage, inspire, motivate and energize, you will be at the reason for the continued success of our exceptional Field Service & Workshop team as well as our CCEP contractors to ensure that customer needs for equipment service and installation are met in a timely and professional manner. This includes but is not limited to Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage equipment and coffee machines.
A typical day would look like, but not be limited to:
- Communicating business plan and KPI objectives, as well as track performance to KPI objectives
- Drive effective application of in field routines
- Train, coach and develop team members (Conduct regular, realistic discussions with employees about their performance and development)
- Demonstrates and model Safe Behaviours
- Actively manage outstanding and aged calls
- Review calls in each area and implement countermeasures to minimize outstanding calls
- Manage rosters to ensure that Technicians are available to service and repair equipment in accordance with the needs of the business.
- Work closely with coordinators to manage QA, PM, QMP and installs schedule planning
- Stocktake planning including field and workshop

- Proven experience in leading successful teams
- Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders
- Proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints
- Experience dealing with multiple priorities.
- Proven relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Agile in ways of working and being able to prioritise multiple initiatives / resources.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organisational capabilities
- Electrical or Refrigeration Trade qualifications preferred but not essential
