The role:
This position is responsible for driving the strategic growth and market leadership of the Energy brand Bu in PNG across all Regions. This role requires a strong relationship with the Monster Energy Company (MEC), ensuring alignment against brand and commercial objectives. As a key brand custodian, the Brand Manager Energy translates consumer insights, market data, and competitive intelligence into compelling brand strategies and activation plans. The role partners closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and MEC to deliver brand KPIs including sales, availability, visibility, and brand health.

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Degree in business, marketing, sales or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in cross-channel local/local marketing, with field marketing experience preferred.
- Experience in beverages will be an added advantage.
- Worked in cross functional matrix reporting teams before
- Builds and fosters relationship with peers/partners
- Business acumen
- Data driven.
- Familiar with reporting and analysis tools
- Proficient at MS Office range, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
