If you're driven, passionate and ambitious, the End User Service Officer position based in Port Moresby is the ideal role for you.
The role:
The End User Services Officer provides frontline IT support to ensure that end users have access to reliable and effective IT services. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users with IT-related queries, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Additionally, the End User Services Officer collaborates with the IT Infrastructure Team to provide onsite support for system maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution. As part of this role, EUS officer will only escort the Network and Server Team.

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science and or Information Technology.
- Previous working experience as an IT Technician/Officer for 3+years.
- In depth knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
- Working knowledge of the Windows Server Environment, including Microsoft Windows Server 2012, Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and Microsoft Server 2019.
- The Cisco IOS.
- Problem solver and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Hands on experience with diverse computer systems and networks.
- Proactive team player.
- Ability to work under minimal supervison
