About the Equipment Services Team (EQS)

The EQS Operations team is responsible for the set-up, installation, servicing and ongoing care of CCEP’s beverage equipment across customer sites. We play a critical role in delivering quality products and reliable service, while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Equipment Services team in Adelaide. This is a permanent, secure role with a globally recognised organisation, offering consistent day shift hours and genuine work-life balance.

As a field-based technician, you'll travel directly from home to customer sites across Adelaide in your company-provided vehicle, avoiding the need to report to a central depot each day. While our workshop is based in Salisbury, visits are only required occasionally for meetings, training, stock replenishment or team activities.

You’ll service and maintain beverage equipment across the region, working independently day-to-day while being supported by a close-knit, experienced team. While trade qualifications are welcomed, they’re not essential. What matters most is your technical curiosity, reliability and customer focus. Once fully trained, you’ll also have the opportunity to boost your earnings by covering weekend work.

What You Will Be Doing

• Servicing, repairing and maintaining beverage and refrigeration equipment
• Completing preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns
• Carrying out installations and quality checks at customer sites
• Using mobile systems to record work and manage jobs
• Maintaining safety, quality and customer service standards
• Participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualification desirable but not essential
• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
• Confidence working independently in a field-based environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good time management and problem-solving ability
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Current driver’s licence

What’s In It For You

• Work with one of the world’s most recognisable brands.
• Receive free monthly product allowances to share with family and friends (including Coca Cola, Mount Franklin, Monster and more), plus access to staff product purchasing.
• Access a wide range of corporate discount programs, including Fitness Passport, Just Sunnies, Qantas Club, Microsoft, Lenovo, Hertz, GoGet and Estée Lauder.
• Opportunity to join the CCEP Employee Share Purchase Plan and receive matching shares (up to a capped amount).
• When you join the CCEP Corporate Super Plan with the Australian Retirement Trust, you’ll receive Life, TPD and IP insurance as part of your membership (limits, restrictions and exclusions apply).
• Access to novated leasing.
• Service awards recognising your contribution.
• Free counselling for you and your family through our EAP helpline, supporting your wellbeing.
• Unlimited drinks onsite.
