As a Digital Strategy Executive, you'll report to the Head of Digital and play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of our At Home digital business across Woolworths, Coles and Independent customers. Sitting at the intersection of data, commerce and customer strategy, you'll transform insights into action, support best-in-class digital customer plans and help shape smarter investment decisions across digital commerce and retail media.


Working closely with Digital Activation Managers, Customer Teams, Category, Revenue Growth Management and Shopper Marketing, you'll help us:

  • Turn data and insights into competitive advantage.
  • Harness AI, technology and automation to drive growth.
  • Create best-in-class digital experiences with our customers.
  • Challenge conventional thinking through testing, learning and innovation.
  • Build digital capabilities that influence the broader commercial organisation.

This a permanent full-time role based in our North Sydney head office.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver reporting, analytics and insights that drive data-led decision-making across digital commerce and retail media investments
  • Monitor and optimise digital shelf performance, helping improve product visibility, content quality, availability and conversion
  • Support the planning, execution and evaluation of digital activations and retail media campaigns
  • Partner with customer, category and commercial teams to identify opportunities 
  • Maintain dashboards, scorecards and performance reporting our retail customer accounts
  • Support test-and-learn initiatives that challenge conventional thinking and unlock new growth opportunities

About You


You're commercially curious, digitally savvy and passionate about using data to drive growth.


You bring experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, retail media, analytics or FMCG, with a track record of turning insights into action. You're comfortable working with data, identifying opportunities and influencing decisions that improve customer and commercial outcomes.


You'll bring:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience reporting on performance and influencing commercial decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and passion for digital commerce.
  • Exposure to Power BI, retail media platforms or eCommerce tools (preferred).
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Analytics, Digital or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
