Senior Manager, CSSC Digital Product Owner QESH 

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and operational excellence in Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety (QESH)? Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is looking for a visionary Product Owner to lead the strategic development and governance of our QESH Management Systems Platform.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the future of QESH across all Business Units, leveraging data, technology, and collaboration to deliver smarter, safer, and more sustainable operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Build and develop a high-performing team that fosters innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term vision for the QESH Management Systems Platform, translating it into actionable annual plans.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of QESH data to ensure accurate reporting and actionable insights.
  • Backlog Ownership: Prioritise initiatives based on business needs, risk, and strategic alignment, ensuring efficient delivery of high-impact work.
  • Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities for technological advancement and process improvement to boost productivity and reduce costs.
  • Change Leadership: Manage the human side of digital transformation; communicating change, training teams, and supporting adoption.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, auditors, and The Coca-Cola Company.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure platform and content meet industry standards, regulations, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with BPT, Operations, Engineering, and other departments to align QESH initiatives with business goals.

Who You’ll Work With:

  • Internal Stakeholders: QESH, Operations, PACs, BPT, Data Privacy, Procurement, Engineering, Innovation & Data, Local BU OT & BPT.
  • External Partners: TCCC, Capgemini, audit bodies, and service providers.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years in QESH, data analytics, or systems management.
  • Education: Degree in Environmental Science, Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and management systems.
  • Tools Proficiency: Power BI, Excel, SAP.
