Mgr, Fraud Investigation analytics

Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fraud Investigation Analyst to support CCEP in executing it’s Fraud Detection program.
They will be responsible for investigating fraud alerts generated by the Quantexa platform. This will include reviewing data, deep diving insights, gathering supplementary information, engaging business stakeholders, and analysing findings as part of leading the initial investigation. Based on their findings and judgement they will determine which cases should be prioritised and handed over to country-based fraud investigators.
Once Quantexa is fully operational and the investigation approach has become established, they will be responsible for sharing their knowledge and approach to grow the capability and capacity across the wider team. In addition, they will look to broaden their skillset and development through support of the Third Party Due Diligence program.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with the Corporate Integrity team to design and refine key fraud detection use cases
2. Engage key functions to identify, gather and cleanse key sources of data ready for ingestion
3. Monitor and review alerts generated by Quantexa
4. Validate accuracy of the data and assess risk severity.
5. Investigate findings by reviewing data and deep diving insights
6. Engage stakeholders to gather supplementary information to support the investigation
7. Investigate suspicious patterns using entity resolution and network analytics.
8. Use judgement to determine which cases should be investigated in greater depth
9. Prepare comprehensive case documentation for country-based fraud investigators.
10. Collaborate with investigation teams to ensure smooth handover and clarity of findings.
11. Support ongoing investigations and provide further insights and analysis
12. Identify trends and recommend improvements to alert rules and detection models.
13. Liaise with Internal Audit to explore opportunities for continual control monitoring
14. Liaise with Internal Control to review and recommend control improvements
15. Maintain accurate records in case management systems.
16. Support reporting and escalation of emerging fraud risks.
17. Contribute to continuous improvement of fraud detection processes.

Experience preferred

Qualifications required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business Intelligence, Compliance, or related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
