Job Purpose:
The Automation Support Professional is responsible for the timely support and monitoring of our robots. The Automation Support Professional will perform first level incident management and is accountable for the communication with our stakeholders. The Automation Support Professional will participate in the root cause analysis of incidents and document steps required to resolve the incidents.
The Automation Support Professional is also responsible for ensuring that new process releases do not have negative impact on existing processes, and that the Virtual Machines are properly set up to run all our automations.

Key contributions
Financial Services Delivery

•    Support and administer the day to day running in the live environment Monitoring, schedule and run process, ensure the stability of the BluePrism IT environment. 

•    Incident Management – handle the day to day issue create and manage ticket raised on RPA issues, resolve routines to moderately complex problems.
•    Creates and maintains solution documentation.
•    Works within timelines, communicates any identified project risks and issues to the automation manager.
•    Ensures compliance to our risk control methodology and proper approvals before release to production limited to non-critical automations
•    Work with BPT Teams to provide new Virtual Machines when planned by the Automation Demand Manager
•    Set up new virtual machines with all required applications and initial configuration
•    Support Blue Prism version upgrades
•    Is an ambassador of the new technologies within all our functions
•    Ensures that all automation change received have appropriate approvals
•    Supplies advice on processes to support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects 
•    Makes productive use of technology tools and systems, to ensure effective service delivery and accurate master data management
•    Ensures that Coca-Cola Europacific Partners policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.) 


Relationships

•    Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive understanding and support for Rapid Process Automation and Shared Services generally
•    Works and liaises closely with all Process Streams, BU Finance teams and other relevant departments 

Continuous Improvement
•    Provides feedback and support to the Operational Excellence Team to driving end-to-end standard processes across the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners business 

•    Proactively improves the quality of our processes through identification and resolution of issues and continuous improvement of automated processes

Requirements:

•    Degree level education in Business Studies, Finance or Information Systems
•    Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified from a respected company or institution with a minimum of 3 years of transactional Lean/Six sigma experience
•    Proven success of project managing process improvement and implementation 

•    Strong understanding of accounting standards and principles as well as experience in any of the key accounting areas of STP, CTC or RTR
•    Blue Prism developer accreditation
•    English : essential ; one other of French, German, Spanish Dutch, Swedish or Norwegian is a plus
•    Strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service 
•    Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
•    Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems 
•    Strong team player
•    Time management, planning and organization
