Prof, Field Sales Services FR

Job Purpose 

Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Field Sales Services, taking care of inbound and outbound communication to Field Sales rep, surveys. and audits, as well as Case Management. In addition, the resource will also be in charge of calculating Field Sales incentive, monitoring the achievements against the assigned targets .Also in charge of Ariba (process director) for in market services lines 

Key Responsibilities 

Compensation and Incentive Management

  • Monitor sales incentive target achievements (monthly/quarterly)
  • Calculate ad-hoc Incentives (e.g., prizes, peculiar targets)
  • Send calculated payout to payroll and prepare communications of achieved bonuses to Sales Rep.
  • Update and ensure communication in MY Defi (Business Unit tool)

Field sales case management

  • Perform all activities related to FR Sales Support
  • Survey Management
  • Create, track (with DIS) and communicate Survey
  • Ariba Management

  • Internal: Service lines in country / Commercial Development / Field Sales / Business Planning / DIS team in Bulgaria People & Culture and Rewards team in country
  • External: MY defi provider
