AplicarCoca-Cola Europacific Partners is now recruiting a Manager Product Launch & Change to be based at our Swedish headquarters in Jordbro, Stockholm.
This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that bridges strategy, operations, product marketing and product development. As a Manager Product Launch & Change, you will be at the heart of launching new products and managing product changes—ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence.
You will be part of the Supply Chain organization, working closely with our Commercial teams to turn ideas into reality.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead and manage 20–25 product change and new product development projects in various stages.
- Drive product management deliverables including business cases, risk assessments and set key requirements and success criteria.
- Align stakeholders across Supply Chain to ensure success in productivity, safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Coordinate logistical data, specifications, artworks and masterdata creation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with project management standards.
- Develop, align and execute detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, costs.
- Manage project communication with key stakeholders both internal and external.
- Act as the Supply Chain representative in collaboration with Marketing and Brand Managers.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive project success.
To be successful in this role you need:
- University degree level in relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role with a proven track record of delivering medium / large sized / technical projects.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to interact effectively with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS office, SAP and masterdata management.
- Working knowledge of the Supply Chain is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to manage both strategic and detailed tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
