This role is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract and may require some travel to sites across GB
QESH provides Quality & Food Safety, Environment, Health & Safety leadership to the Business Unit through strategy setting, development and deployment of business plans. Leading QESH resources and leading the governance (implementation and monitoring of compliance). Purpose is to optimise the risks the business faces in producing and delivering products & services to our customers and consumers, by continually looking for ways which widen the window of opportunity between “Grow, Protect and Sustain”. In practical terms this means looking at cost, brand value and sustainability whilst providing governance and driving out nonvalue adding activities.
The role:
- Pivotal role in Quality Management systems
- Maintains an audit ready filing system for GBBU.
- Prepares QFS communication, data collection and metric reporting according to QFS plans.
- Drive continuous improvement to deliver QFS KPI’s, develop, monitor, and drive corrective action & improvement plans for focus areas identified.
- SME for Enact (Quality Control data collection system)-ensuring specifications and data collection is in line with Business Quality monitoring plan.
- Manages document control for GBBU QFS documents.
- Participate in QFS key projects across GB.
- Create & deliver training appropriate for QFS
- Ensure Integrum – PPS Non-conformance module, progress, track & report PPS (non conformances for QFS)
- Manage documentation for Call to action & QFS incidents and learnings
- Undertake Internal audits of CCEP manufacturing, warehouses, 3PL & Co-packers to ensure they meet regulatory, customer, CCEP and franchisor standards for QESH.

- Food Safety Degree
Experience:
- Previous experience in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics.
- Auditing experience
- Previous experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000)
- Project management experience
- Working with compliance driven processes covering multiple stakeholders and levels within organisation
- Good Manufacturing practices/Good Distribution Practices
