Prof, Source to Pay Treasury (Temporary role)

Job Purpose
The Shared Services STP Banking & Corporate Cards, Banking and Treasury Professional will be responsible for processing payments through the banking systems and accurate and timely financial and management accounting information on Banking & Treasury activities to CCEP. The position will also be tasked with driving and delivering STP service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the STP service level and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure that CCEP policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)
• Ensures that all the relevant bank accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis
• Ensures that all entries from bank accounts are appropriately posted where not covered elsewhere such as direct debit rejects and collections and bank charges
• Supports the weekly cash flows and cash forecast to ensure efficient cash management and sufficient funds for revenue items, capital budgets and major project plans
• Develops and recommends action plans to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded
• Supports the successful implementation of standard processes, evaluating end-to-end performance and inputting to necessary design or execution adjustments
• Support Treasury Back office on Foreign Exchange, Commodities, Money Markets trade etc. confirmations
• Execute Trade Settlements, ICO Netting, Board of Directors Payments, Dividend/Step plans payments etc.
• Support Treasury back office on follow up on missing bank statements with all banks
• Act as a back-up for Treasury Back office during absences
Experience required
• Minimum of 3 years Accounting and /or Treasury preferably in a SSC multi-national organization with Cash Management experience
• Strong understanding of Cash Accounting & Treasury processes
• Ability to address or escalate complex issues within the Purchase to Pay area
• Fluent in English. One of the following languages will be a strong advantage (French/Dutch/Swedish/Norwegian/German/Spanish)
Education & Qualifications
• Accounting degree or equivalent
• Strong ERP experience essential, preferably SAP
