Customer Business Manager – Foodservice
We are on the lookout for a new Customer Business Manager! Our Customer Business Managers (or CBM's as we know them) are the experts who can provide more insight, more experience and more dedicated service to our valued customers.
Your Impact
Reporting through to the National Business Manager - Foodservice, as a CBM you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of high-profile national foodservice chains across the Fast Food, Cafe, Catering and Transit segments of the market.
Assist Customer Business Development strategies
Execute Customer growth plans
Provide reporting for field teams to ensure business objectives are met
Manage pack/price mix
Manage project, material and capital spend
About You
Strong business acumen, with a proven analytical mindset will have you on the path to success in this role. Experience across multiple portfolios, a strong desire to truly understand your customers’ businesses and a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities is highly desired.
You will need to be highly polished with your communication and presentation skills to gain credibility with these accounts, in addition you will continue to win them over with your superb relationship building and negotiation skills.As a result experience managing technically complex, large volume customers or National accounts is highly desirable.
