Your Impact 

As Planning & Strategic Projects Programme Manager, you’ll play a key role in turning our long-term vision into reality. You’ll lead the Long Range Planning (LRP) process and build out a PMO for high-impact strategic projects, helping drive alignment, focus, and execution at the highest levels of the business.

This role gives you a seat at the table in exec-level conversations, the chance to support and influence company-wide strategy, and the responsibility to lead projects that will shape the future of our organisation.

Auckland based and reporting to the Head of Long Term Planning, Innovation, Strategic Projects & Collection, your Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead 3-5 year LRP commercial planning
  • Drive project and programme management success
  • Influence and align business partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure robust project governance
  • Collaborate with global commercial teams
  • Build strong partnerships with external brand partners
  • Coordinate complex, transformational programmes
  • Develop a centre of excellence for project management

About You 

Success in this role comes from your ability to think big-picture and strategically, while also being able to dive into the detail to build the structure and systems that drive execution. You'll bring strong project leadership across multiple workstreams, with the agility to zoom in and out as needed.We're looking for someone who has some or all of the following:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with a knack for building structure and systems
  • A continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Consulting experience with a focus on delivering value
  • Proven ability as an autonomous leader, driving initiatives independently
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align actions with business goals
  • Experience as a proven transformational change leader
  • Commercial strategist with a focus on driving business growth
  • Ability to influence and bring others along with your vision
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Skilled in interpreting complex data to drive actionable insights
