As a Support & Delivery Representative in our high performing Away from Home team in Auckland, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all tasks related to customer support and delivery of product. You’ll work hard and in doing so successfully, you’ll be rewarded accordingly. *This is a Monday – Friday role rotating across a 7:30am – 5:30pm shift pattern*
Your Impact
Based at our Mt Wellington offices, this is a permanent full-time role reporting to the Support & Delivery Team Lead. You'll be a key conduit connecting our consumers to all parts of our business, including Sales. You’ll communicate with internal stakeholders, customers and consumers across multiple channels such as phone, email and chat.

- Implement best practice ensuring continuous improvement
About you
A high level of expertise with customer experience, accuracy, with an ability to time manage will have you on the right path to success in this role. You’ll take pride delivering on customer and stakeholder expectations.

- Ideal exposure to SAP, including Salesforce or Genesys
