We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) – a dedicated team of 42,000 people, serving customers in 31 markets, who work together to make, move and sell some of the world’s most loved drinks. We are a global business and one of the leading consumer goods companies in the world.

Senior Manager – Sustainability (Water)

Location: Flexible within Europe (preference) / APS region (Hybrid working)

Are you passionate about protecting water resources, restoring nature, and driving meaningful environmental change at scale? At Coca Cola Europacific Partners, we are committed to building a resilient, sustainable future — and we’re looking for an experienced sustainability leader to help shape it.

We’re seeking a Senior Manager – Sustainability (Water) to guide and grow our water stewardship, nature strategy, and beyond-value-chain mitigation work across our markets. This is a high impact role at a pivotal time, ideal for someone who blends technical sustainability expertise with strategic thinking, partnership-building, and a desire to create measurable change.

About the Role:
As Senior Manager – Sustainability (Water), you will:
•    Lead CCEP’s water and nature sustainability agenda, ensuring strong alignment with our “This is Forward” commitments and The Coca Cola Company’s global water security strategy.
•    Shape and deliver a long term water replenishment and nature positive strategy, prioritising high risk locations across Europe and APS.
•    Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership, partnering closely with colleagues across QESH, Supply Chain, Procurement, our Business Units and TCCC.
•    Manage and evaluate a portfolio of water replenishment and nature projects, supporting markets with planning, funding and delivery.
•    Track, assure, and report water- and nature related performance data for internal and external disclosure (e.g., Integrated Report, CDP).
•    Build internal capability through education and engagement on CCEP’s water and nature strategies.
•    Represent CCEP externally with global partners and networks such as WWF, The Nature Conservancy, Alliance for Water Stewardship, CEO Water Mandate, and others.
•    Support supplier engagement programmes and regenerative agriculture partnerships that deliver water, climate and nature benefits.
•    Chair the Climate and Water Resilience Group, helping markets identify risks and develop climate adaptation plans.

This is a highly collaborative role with a combination of strategic responsibility, technical insight, and hands on programme leadership.

What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate, curious, collaborative and proactive — someone who thrives on solving complex sustainability challenges with rigour and creativity.

Experience & Skills:
•    Strong background in water stewardship, water replenishment, nature restoration, and/or carbon sequestration projects.
•    Knowledge of water, biodiversity and sustainable agriculture issues, plus key disclosure frameworks such as CDP Water, CDP Forests, TNFD, and ideally SBTi and BVCM methodologies.
•    Experience in corporate sustainability reporting and disclosure.
•    Skilled in managing and interpreting large datasets using digital tools.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
•    Strong influencing, stakeholder engagement and project management skills, ideally gained in a complex matrix environment.

Technical Skills:
•    Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and digital tools for data management/visualisation.
•    Strong organisational skills and comfort managing large or complex datasets.
•    Knowledge of global water risks and hydrogeology is an advantage.

Behavioural Competencies:
•    Relationship driven and collaborative.
•    Clear, confident communicator.
•    Self starter with a proactive, solution focused approach.
