Contract Senior Manager – Business Process and Technology (BPT) Strategic Programs

What You'll Be a Part Of:

Join the Business Process and Technology (BPT) function at CCEP, where we deliver technology-enabled services through partnerships with third-party vendors like Accenture, Microsoft, Deloitte, and Capgemini. As a key member in our Vendor Management Office, you make sure that our technology suppliers deliver on their contractual commitments to CCEP.

CCEP has a mature Vendor Management capability reporting into the CCEP Chief Information Officer. The Vendor Management team works closely and seamlessly with our colleagues in Procurement to provide a world class service to BPT and the business.

We look to develop long term mutually beneficial relationships with our technology suppliers.  We seek a balance between open collaboration and the recognition that these are complex commercial relationships governed by contractual agreements that must be (and see to be) rigorously monitored and enforced.

CCEP has a number of multi-year strategic business Programs that are enabled by large technology implementations. We partner with leading Systems Integration (SI) companies such as Capgemini, Deloitte and Accenture to deliver these Programs.  To ensure that our chosen SIs deliver us quality and value for money we must not only put in place strong contractual agreements and Statements of Work but also closely monitor delivery against these agreements.   This enables us to judge supplier performance factually, raise concerns early and where necessary, use contractual levers to hold our Sis to account.

Because of the size and complexity of these agreements with SIs this role demands a high degree of resilience, determination and attention to detail.  You will need to work on a daily basis with members of the CCEP delivery team and those of our SIs to ensure that you fully immersed in the detail of the contracts under your supervision.

This covers not only the core contractual agreements but also management of the many Change Requests that are required. over the course of the Program.

You will work with Director Vendor Management Strategic Programs together with other senior leaders on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the commercial risks associated with such a large Program are proactively managed.  When issues arise between CCEP and its delivery partners is your job recommend an escalation approach to achieve the best outcome for CCEP
