About the Role 

As an Engineer Operational Technology & Cybersecurity in our site Dongen, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of operational and digital systems within our production and logistics environment. Working closely with local maintenance teams, engineering functions, and digital transformation stakeholders, you will support the deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement of OT and cybersecurity solutions that keep our production and logistics running safely and efficiently. 

You will act as a technical expert for OT infrastructure, industrial automation systems, and cybersecurity initiatives, helping to drive innovation while maintaining the highest operational standards. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and maintain Operational Technology (OT) standards, architectures, and best practices across the site in alignment with the CCEP OT strategy. 
  • Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of OT systems by managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, implementing corrective actions, and overseeing system lifecycle activities, including patches, upgrades, and maintenance. 
  • Support and drive OT cybersecurity initiatives through security monitoring, incident response, and the implementation of the Global OT Cybersecurity Strategy.. 
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage service delivery, technical requirements, system performance, and data backup and recovery strategies. 
  • Lead the continuous improvement of manufacturing and logistics systems by optimizing machine software, automation platforms, visualization tools, and sharing best practices across sites. 
  • Manage and support OT and digital transformation projects, including the deployment of new technologies, system implementations, and investment initiatives that improve operational performance and cybersecurity. 
  • Train and coach site teams on the effective and secure use of OT systems while identifying and addressing capability development needs. 

Who we're looking for

  • A technical degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, IT, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens S5/S7, TIA Portal), industrial automation systems, and industrial networks.
  • Knowledge of data management, operational data systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of OT cybersecurity principles, or the willingness and ability to develop this expertise.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to solve problems and optimize processes.
  • Experience delivering training and confidently engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, service-oriented team player with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
