YOUR TEAM
The Supply Chain Finance team is responsible for supporting our end-to-end supply chain operations by providing financial insights, cost management, and strong governance over supply chain spending. The team partners closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and Planning functions to ensure financial efficiency, optimize working capital, and enable value creation. Through robust analysis, effective controls, and the use of digital tools, the team helps to simplify processes, improve productivity, and ensure the supply chain delivers sustainable business performance.
YOUR ROLE
Provide managerial support in leading and coordinating Supply Chain Finance activities, including planning, reporting, analysis, and control, to ensure accurate and timely financial insights for operational and strategic decisions. This role acts as a bridge between Analysts and the Head of Supply Chain Finance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial analysis, effective business partnering with Supply Chain functions, and continuous improvement in cost management and process efficiency.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate and review analysts’ work in financial reporting, month-end closing, cost tracking, and variance analysis for supply chain functions.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain leaders (Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Planning) to support decision-making with relevant financial insights
- Lead preparation of detailed financial analysis (e.g., distributor performance, CCOD fees, stock valuation, POSA assessment) and highlight key risks/opportunities.
- Support Head in ensuring adherence to cost control measures, governance standards, and risk management policies.
- Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
- Foster high performance culture and build people capability.
- Manage subordinates and develop capability through setting and reviewing subordinates’ performance target, regular coaching and ensuring implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP)
- Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Additional certification or coursework in Finance, Cost Accounting, or Supply Chain is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance, with exposure to Supply Chain Finance, Cost Accounting, or Operations Finance.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, procurement, logistics, or planning processes.
- Experience in financial reporting, cost analysis, and variance management.
- Previous experience supervising or coaching junior analysts preferred.
