Job Purpose 
Provision of business, process and technical expertise for the delivery of BPT Data Center & Server Operations area. BPT Data Center & Server Operations Services addresses the following key areas: Data Center & Server Operations, Data Center & Server Event Monitoring, managing 3rd parties and Vendors. Continuous improvement and assurance of a stable, reliable and cost-efficient of BPT Data Center & Server Implementation of customer satisfaction objectives in Service Delivery. Cloud Finance Optimization (FinOps) monitoring, reporting and rightsizing activity with collaboration with all other BPT teams on the BPT Data Center & Server services integration.

Key Responsibility
•    Implement the BPT strategy within BPT Data Center & Server Operations
•    Responsible for stable, efficient, and effective service delivery operations for BPT Data Center
•    Management of activities required to ensure the required level of services in the BPT Data Center & Server 
•    Data Center & Server Operations: Comprehensive Data Center support functions to maintain, administer and enhance Data Center & Server solutions on-premises and cloud base.
•    Data Center & Server Event Monitoring and Incident Response: Log management, event monitoring and correlation with incident response
•    Responsible for reporting of the budget for the unit
•    Adhere to change management procedures. Review, approve and follow up the Data Center & Server changes.
•    Development and provision of appropriate skills and capabilities in the unit
•    Business impact: Important effects on business. Accountable for all the BPT Data Center & Server Operational business disruption
•    Responsible for Cloud Finance Optimization (FinOps) monitoring, reporting and rightsizing activity.
•    Managed 3rd parties and vendor related the Data Center and FinOps.

• Internal: CCEP Group BPT Infrastructure Global and APS, BPT CIO Indonesia, Business User, Commercial Team
• External: Third Party/vendors 

Requirements

• Min bachelor’s degree from Information Technology, System Informatics, Computer Sciences, or any related disciplines
• Min. 5 years of working experience in IT area, preferably from FMCG Industry / Multinational Company.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Center & Server Operations in a related and comparable positions
• Experience in the design and set-up, management and development of adequate and large-scaled Data Center
• Strong experience in IT service operations, specialized on Data Center & Server Technologies
• Strong experience in Cloud service operations, specialized Microsoft Azure Technologies.
• Knowledge of the reporting technology such as Microsoft PowerBI.
• Experience in the management of large-scale projects, especially in international environments
• ITIL processes, esp. Incident, change and configuration management processes
• Knowledge of the business and bottler-specific processes and on-site business operations
• Experience in implementation of respective programs and projects in time, budget and quality
• Fluent in English (German, Spanish, French would be advantageous)
