About the Equipment and Service Team


Our Equipment and Service (EQS) team is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of CCEP’s beverage equipment across customer sites. This includes installation, servicing, quality assurance and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment performs reliably and meets quality and compliance standards.

About the Role


Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this role supports the delivery of our Quality Maintenance Program (QMP) across McDonald’s sites throughout Southern Western Australia.

You will carry out quality maintenance visits, implement customer projects, and provide feedback on equipment quality, data integrity and invoicing outcomes. The role suits someone who is technically skilled, customer‑focused and comfortable working independently.

Travel may include overnight stays, with some trips requiring 2‑3 nights away from home depending on location. Typical travel locations may include Esperance, Kalgoorlie, Broome, Geraldton, Bunbury and Albany.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Delivering quality maintenance visits across customer sites
  • Performing preventative maintenance and quality assurance activities• Ensuring equipment is repaired and returned to standard on the first visit
  • Actively participating in safety activities including toolbox talks and job safety checks
  • Using IT tools and systems to record work, data and outcomes accurately
  • Supporting customer projects and contributing feedback on quality issues
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Continuously developing technical capability and supporting team success

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service mindset and clear communication skills
  • Confidence working independently and managing a varied workload• Technical background in refrigeration or electrical systems preferred
  • Sound understanding of beverage systems and equipment (post‑mix and frozen)
  • Parts and inventory management experience advantageous
  • SAP system knowledge desirable
  • Minimum Certificate II in Electrical Safety (required)
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regionally, including overnight stays
