CAREER EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional Experience:
- CPA qualification preferred but not required
- 5 years of experience in General Ledger accounting or external audit, with exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls in a multinational environment preferred
- Experience in journal entry preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, account reviews, and variance analysis
- Knowledge of intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes
- Hands on experience with accruals, prepayments, and IFRS 16 lease accounting
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working within a controlled environment, including adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and reporting deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate and timely financial outputs in accordance with reporting timelines

YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the CCEP Record To Report (RTR) team. As a RTR Professional, you will support the Australian business unit by performing key transactional activities, including payroll accounting, recording general ledger transactions, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, posting journals, and executing month-end close tasks. You will also play a key role in driving RTR service excellence, with a strong focus on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance overall service levels and effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Month-End Close & Financial Reporting
- Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting policies and reporting requirements
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Perform balance sheet reviews, account analysis, and variance analysis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting
2. Operational Accounting & Transaction Support
- Coordinate intercompany confirmations and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of outstanding items
- Support financial reporting and audit requirements by providing accurate and timely documentation and analysis
3. Reconciliations & Financial Control
- Perform intercompany reconciliations as part of the month-end close process
- Prepare and complete balance sheet reconciliations, account reviews, and analysis of reconciling items
- Prepare, review, and analyze accruals and prepayments schedules
- Perform IFRS 16 lease accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting requirements
- Support compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company accounting policies
4. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of best practices
