The Role
We’re looking for two experienced Maintenance Fitters to join our Moorabbin team on a rotating shift. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently and safely.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Fault finding, diagnosing, and resolving equipment issues to minimise downtime
- Self-prioritising breakdown and PM activities within the weekly schedule
- Interpreting parts and technical diagrams
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and monitoring equipment performance using Maximo

About You
You’ll bring:
- A mechanical trade qualification (essential)
- Experience as a Maintenance Fitter in an FMCG or production environment
- Basic machining skills (mills, lathe, drill press)
- Fault-finding and corrective maintenance experience (e.g., gearboxes, machines)
- Familiarity with isolation and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Welding experience (MIG/TIG) – beneficial but not essential
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and HACCP standards
