The role:

This role leads the strategic direction and execution of brand activations, events, and sponsorships across PNG. As the national owner of activation excellence, the Manager oversees regional implementation through the RAMs, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy, brand objectives, and execution standards. The role builds long-term partnerships, manages national budgets, and fosters a collaborative, high-performance culture across the activation network.

Our desired candidate:

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

• Degree in business, marketing, sales or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience a similar events and sponsorship role
• Experience in beverages will be an added advantage.
• Builds and fosters relationship with peers/partners
• Business acumen
• Data driven.
• Familiar with reporting and finance tools
• Proficient at MS Office range, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams.
