Business Development Manager - Richlands

The Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager – Vending, you’ll take full ownership of the vending portfolio across Northern & Western Brisbane, driving performance, retention, and strategic growth across your territory. You’ll lead the commercial agenda for your area — protecting and renegotiating existing contracts while identifying and converting new profitable opportunities to expand our footprint.

This is a fast-paced, field-based leadership role, operating from our Richlands office and servicing customers across Northern & Western Brisbane. The role includes one regional trip per month (2 nights) to either the Toowoomba or Wide Bay areas (alternating monthly).

This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the performance of existing vending outlets within your geographical area, including renegotiating and re-signing agreements to protect and grow the customer base
• Identify, evaluate, and secure new profitable vending opportunities to drive sustainable commercial growth
• Build and strengthen strategic customer relationships, delivering high-quality execution and service excellence
• Collaborate with internal support functions to ensure seamless operational delivery and an outstanding customer experience
• Own and execute your development plan, proactively building capability and completing required training
• Champion safety standards, ensuring all activities are completed with safety front of mind

About You


You are commercially driven with a strong track record of delivering growth within a defined territory. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and take accountability for results.

In addition, you will be:


• Experienced in managing a portfolio of customers with demonstrated success delivering against KPIs and growth targets
• Highly organised and able to operate independently, effectively managing time and priorities
• Growth-minded, contributing positively to team performance and broader business success
• Confident, energetic, and personable, with strong relationship-building capability
• Willing to learn, adapt, and continuously strengthen your commercial capability
• A valid driver’s licence holder with a willingness to travel throughout the territory and complete monthly regional travel
