About your new role…
We have an incredible opportunity join our team in this varied Logistics Administrator role. The Logistics Administrator supports key administrative and operational functions within the CCEP logistics team, ensuring smooth daily operations through effective management of invoicing, KPI reporting, uniforms, consumables, and visual displays. The role also leads the execution of national and local initiatives focused on engagement, DEI, recognition, service milestones, and product activations. A core responsibility is to enhance communication and alignment across the state supply chain, acting as a central link between teams and initiatives.
What you will be doing…
Communication & Reporting:
• Maintain and regularly update all internal communication platforms, including noticeboards, digital displays, and team briefing materials.
• Collate and prepare key performance indicator (KPI) reports for review by site leadership team.
Engagement & Culture Initiatives:
• Coordinate and promote team engagement activities such as recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
• Support the rollout of DEI programs and campaigns, ensuring local site participation aligns with national objectives.
• Drive participation in service milestone recognition events and product activations, ensuring seamless execution at the site level.
Time & Attendance System (Kronos):
• Act as the site administrator for Kronos, managing user access, ensuring data accuracy, and providing first-level support to team members.
Procurement & Inventory Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for all site-based ordering of consumables and supplies, maintaining budget oversight and inventory levels.
• Manage end-to-end uniform logistics, including order placement, supplier coordination, inventory control, allocation, budgeting, and delivery
• Oversee Recipient-Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) processing to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
Leadership Support:
• Administer leadership team meeting schedules and cadences, including calendar management and preparation of meeting summaries and action items.
