The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Coordinator based at our Salisbury Distribution Centre, you’ll play an important role in supporting our customers while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our distribution centre.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based at our Salisbury, South Australia site, working Monday to Friday. In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll provide responsive support across phone, email, live chat and face-to-face interactions, working closely with our warehouse, dispatch and logistics teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
You'll enjoy a role where no two days are the same, taking ownership of customer enquiries, coordinating timely solutions and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, live chat and face-to-face channels, delivering exceptional customer service
• Resolve delivery and service enquiries by working collaboratively with warehouse, dispatch and logistics teams
• Provide customers with timely updates on deliveries, collections and service requests
• Support customer collections, cooler swaps and equipment returns while maintaining accurate records
• Assist with stock verification and operational tasks to support day-to-day distribution centre activities
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation across business systems
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and operational procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer service and operational efficiency
About You
You are a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems and working collaboratively with both customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
In addition, you will have:
• Experience within a customer service, logistics, warehousing, transport or customer operations environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Teams
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar customer management systems highly regarded
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
• Commitment to maintaining safe work practices and operational compliance
