We’re looking for motivated Interns to support our dynamic Commercial team, located in Sofia and Varna!

Who is this for?

This internship is designed for currently enrolled undergraduates in their second, third, or fourth year of degree-level education, ideally with an interest in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields. 

What You’ll Do:

As a Commercial Intern, you’ll support various teams within the Commercial Department, contributing to key business processes and gaining exposure to:

Data Management & Reporting

• Create and maintain customer profiles and product master data
• Perform data validation, mapping, and visualization
• Support data quality initiatives and cross-system alignment

Sales & CRM Support

• Supports data quality and system integration for distributors and wholesalers
• Manages field sales system content and user access
• Resolves technology queries, and assists with CRM administration and testing of new functionalities.

Commercial Administration

• Support Key Account Managers with contract preparation and pricing updates
• Monitor account performance and assist with invoicing coordination

Field Sales Services

• Prepare and distribute communication materials for field sales teams
• Calculate and monitor incentive payouts
• Assist in planning and executing field audits

Trade & Store Services

• Coordinate trade marketing logistics and PoS material delivery
• Support digital and physical signage creation and distribution

What You’ll Bring:

• Fluency in English. Knowledge of one of the following languages is also a must - French, Dutch, German, Spanish or Swedish;
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce (will be considered as an advantage)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
