This will make a difference to our business in areas such as Operating our Customer Service & Supply Chain; Revenue Growth Management capabilities; delivering in-store execution; supporting our people and organisational development; and guiding us toward net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040.

We are now looking for a Product Delivery Lead to drive the successful development and implementation of Data & Analytics products across the Customer Service & Supply Chain (CS&SC) Reporting domain. This role is essential in supporting consistent, standardised, and insight-driven reporting across our business.

  • Monitor product performance and usage to inform ongoing improvement.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for all delivery activity related to One CS&SC Reporting.
