Sr. Assistant, Commercial Admin Support BeLux with French or Dutch language skills

Job Purpose

Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Commercial Administration Support Services Team, supporting Field Sales with contracts administration and pay for performance calculations.

Key Responsibilities

Pay for Performance (P4P)

  • Monitor account performances and customer compliance to contracts
  • Coordinate with Finance team to support invoicing for the account

Wholesaler Management Support

  • Coordinating with the external provider managing wholesaler’s ERP for data integration

Support Field Sales with Commercial contracts administration.

  • Whole process from PAM (excel) to CONTRACT (word) and forward to Field and CMA Sofia.
  • Calculation of Pay-Out on yearly base with 2 options: lump sum or P4P with PDFs from supplier sent by Field Sales representative.
