Sr Mgr, Digital & Analytics Lead

Job Purpose 

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Digital & Analytics lead to join our Corporate Audit Services Team (CAS).
As Senior Manager, you will lead the CAS D&A team, ensuring seamless delivery of data analytics and automation solutions that enhance audit and SOX testing efficiency and insight. You will manage the pipeline of requests, prioritise initiatives, and oversee daily operations to drive digital transformation within Corporate Audit Services.

Key Responsibilities 

1.    Own and manage the intake, prioritisation, and scheduling of D&A and automation requests across CAS.

2.    Align pipeline with strategic priorities and resource availability, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact solutions.

3.    Oversee day-to-day operations of the CAS D&A team, including workload allocation, progress tracking, and issue resolution.

4.    Maintain governance standards for data quality, security, and compliance.

5.    Ensure successful execution of analytics tests and automation workflows using tools such as Databricks, SQL, PowerBI, and PowerAutomate (amongst others).

6.    Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and digital efficiencies.

7.    Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to CAS leadership and key stakeholders.

8.    Mentor and develop team members, fostering expertise in advanced analytics, automation, and audit and SOX innovation.

9.    Promote adoption of digital tools and techniques across CAS through training and knowledge sharing.

10.    Support CAS’s digital roadmap by identifying emerging technologies and opportunities for automation and advanced analytics.

11.    Contribute to long-term planning for resource capacity and technology investments.

Key Stakeholders 

Internal: 

•    Corporate Audit Services Leadership Team and Audit / SOX Leads

•    Senior Management, including Vice Presidents and Directors within various parts of the business.

•    Internal Controls, Information Security, Risk & Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Ethics and Compliance

External:

•    External Auditors, Co-Source Partners 

Experience preferred 

•    Experience in leading data analytics activities across large scale and complexed processes.

•    Proven experience in managing analytics and automation programs, hands on experience with relevant technologies, including SAP, Databricks /SQL, Alteryx, Business Visualisation Tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).

•    Effective management of internal and external stakeholders, with strong interpersonal skills to communicate with impact, influence, and confidence.

•    Demonstrated results-driven behavioural qualities with the ability to meet stringent reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

•    Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution

Qualifications required 

•    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Technology, Business, Risk Management, or a related field, and/or an Project Management or Internal Audit qualification
