HEAD OF P&C – CORPORATE FUNCTIONS

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
We’re looking for a visionary Head of People & Culture to lead our Corporate Functions across Australia and the Pacific — a community of driven and dedicated employees.
You will partner closely with the VP Public Affairs & Communications, VP CIO, VP Legal & General Counsel, VP Procurement, and VP CFO and you will play a pivotal part in shaping CCEP’s business performance, culture, and employee experience. Through strategic leadership, trusted partnership, and a focus on building an inclusive and high-performing environment, the role ensures that Corporate Functions are equipped to deliver on CCEP’s priorities and future growth.
- Craft and execute a multi-year people strategy aligned with our global vision and local ambitions.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready workforce.
- Lead and inspire a team of experienced P&C Business Partners across the region.
- Champion culture, capability, and change, ensuring our people thrive through transformation and growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
- Build and deliver a people strategy that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
- Collaborate globally and regionally to align initiatives with strategic priorities.
- Provide executive coaching and strategic advice to senior leaders.
- Drive workforce planning, leadership development, and organisational change.
- Lead workforce optimisation and labour cost benchmarking programs.
- Partner with Centres of Expertise to shape and deploy impactful people initiatives.
- Navigate complex employee relations and industrial relations matters with confidence and care.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!
- 10+ years in senior People & Culture leadership roles.
- Proven experience partnering with executive teams in complex environments.
- Deep knowledge and experience partnering in Corporate Functions.
- Strong grasp of employment law and industrial relations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- A data-driven mindset and a passion for people and performance.
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
