The Opportunity 

We are seeking a proactive and organised Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure our brands stand out in every store. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through highquality merchandising and instore execution. 

This is a Part-time, permanent position (4 day week - 32 Hrs), covering the Toowoomba area. This fieldbased role requires travel across your territory, servicing a set customer base per day. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility 
  • Replenish stock, maintain presentation standards, and execute planograms 
  • Lead instore activations to support promotions and campaigns 
  • Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained 
  • Provide accurate reporting and maintain a professional presence in all stores 

About You

You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 

In addition, you will have: 

  • Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)  
  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory 
  • Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation 
  • Professionally presented and confident representing our brand at customer sites 
  • Strong time management while meeting scheduled service requirements 
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, field operations, or a similar role is advantageous
