Make an impact through insight, data and digital intelligence

At CCEP, we believe that understanding what people are saying, feeling and experiencing is critical to making better decisions, building stronger relationships and driving sustainable growth.

We're looking for a  Social Media Analyst to help turn social, digital and audience data into actionable insight that informs commercial strategy, strengthens our reputation, and enhances how we engage with customers, consumers and key stakeholders.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with expertise in both social media intelligence and data analytics. You'll combine social listening, performance measurement and reporting with advanced analysis and storytelling, transforming complex data into recommendations that influence business decisions across Commercial, Communications, Public Affairs, Sustainability and People & Culture.

What you'll do

As our Social Media Analyst, you'll lead how CCEP monitors, understands and utilises social and digital intelligence to inform business decisions, identify opportunities and manage reputational risk.

Social Listening & Intelligence

You'll lead the monitoring and analysis of social and digital conversations across social media platforms, forums, blogs, online communities and emerging digital environments, including AI-powered search and Large Language Models (LLMs).

You'll:

  • Monitor brand, business and category conversations to identify sentiment, trends and emerging issues.
  • Track competitor activity, positioning and share of voice to uncover opportunities and market whitespace.
  • Analyse customer, consumer and stakeholder conversations to understand changing behaviours, needs and preferences.
  • Identify reputational risks and establish alert mechanisms that support early issue detection and response.
  • Monitor policy, sustainability and industry discussions that may influence CCEP's operating environment or reputation.

Data Analytics & Insight Generation

A significant part of this role is focused on data, analysis and turning intelligence into action.

You'll:

  • Analyse complex datasets from social listening platforms, web analytics tools and social media channels.
  • Identify audience, consumer, category and cultural trends and assess their commercial and reputational implications.
  • Translate data into clear recommendations that support growth, customer engagement and business performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure social and digital intelligence informs planning, strategy and decision-making.
  • Use AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance insight generation and reporting capabilities.

Reporting & Performance Measurement

You'll play a critical role in helping CCEP measure the effectiveness and business impact of its social media and communications activity.

You'll:

  • Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, annual and campaign-specific reporting.
  • Measure performance across organic and paid social media activity.
  • Create dashboards and visualisations that provide real-time visibility and actionable insights.
  • Lead post-campaign analysis and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Support the development of consistent reporting frameworks and best practices across markets.

What we're looking for

We're seeking a commercially minded social media and insights professional who is equally comfortable working with data, digital platforms and senior stakeholders.

Experience

  • Significant experience in social media management, social media insights, digital analytics, reporting or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience across both social media intelligence/social listening and data analytics/reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Meltwater, Power BI, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and other analytics or listening platforms.
  • Experience developing dashboards, visualisations and performance reporting that influence decision-making.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools and insights platforms to support analysis and reporting.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, translating data into compelling business narratives.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, audience behaviours, trends and performance metrics.
  • Ability to connect social and digital intelligence to commercial, communications and reputation outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Proactive, curious and solutions-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
