Job Purpose

The Shared Services Operational Excellence (OE) Professional will be responsible for supporting theexecution of project and process management framework within the Shared Services Centre (SSC).Leveraging business transformation concepts such as Six Sigma, LEAN and Agile, the OE Managerwill assist in the transformation of the Shared Service Centre into a “best in class” organization.The OE Professional will beresponsible for identifying and implementing small scale improvementinitiatives.The role will support the OE Management team in driving efficient, effective and customer focusedprocesses within the SSC in alignment with the SSC Operational Excellence framework

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business transformation projects and manage small scale process improvement initiativeswithin the SSC
  • Maximize transactional process capability through supporting detailed end-to-endprocess analysisboth on “as is” and “to be” processes and l the transition from theformer to the latter
  • Support the SSC project and process management framework
  • Guide and coach the Service line teams in implementing process improvementinitiatives as part ofdaily operations
  • Support the creation of operational excellence mindset within the SSC
  • Support the OE trainings delivery in the SSC
  • Act as a role model by applying Lean Six Sigma methodology and mindset on daily basis
  • Support the process effectiveness, efficiency, standardization & customer focus withinthe SSC
  • Supports the end-to-end standardization of processes across the Coca-Cola EuropeanPartnersbusiness
  • Documents processes and sets up / runs process workshops for review and approval of improvedprocesses

Experience required

  • Strong understanding of accounting standards and principles as well as experience inany of the key accounting areas of Source-to-Pay, Customer-To-Cash or Record-ToReport
  • Proven success of small scale process improvement implementation
  • Lean/Six Sigma certified from a respected company or institution with proven transactional Lean/Six sigma experience
