Jr Analyst, Data Quality & Reporting

- People & Culture data is fit for its intended internal and external uses in operations, identity management, decision-making and planning as measured by data completeness, uniqueness, timeliness, validity, accuracy, and consistency
- People & Culture data management results in optimal efficiency and effectiveness of reporting insights and end-user data mining
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution while adhering to established standards
- Create and adjust standard self-service reports within the SuccessFactors system
- Integrate and cleanse data from multiple sources, including SuccessFactors, SAP HR, ADP, Kronos, Service Now, and E-days, ensuring alignment with quality standards
- Provide support for both ad-hoc and recurring initiatives, including the Compensation cycle, Internal and External Audits, Engagement survey reporting or other external reports
- Utilize advanced tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and VBA to streamline data analysis, generate complex offline reports, and extract actionable insights within specified deadlines
- Perform extensive testing of dashboards and thoroughly evaluate their performance, providing comprehensive feedback on potential fixes, improvements, and any deviations from expected results
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base, documenting common issues and solutions to facilitate efficient ticket resolution
- Supports WFI Insights, Data visualization, Workforce data and Controlling teams in their daily endeavors and needs
Experiencerequired
- Around 6 months experience in a role with similar requirements and competencies
Experience preferred
- Around 1 year experience in a role with similar requirements and competencies
Functional technical skills preferred
Strong knowledge of:
- Reporting from SuccessFactors System
- Reporting from SAP Payroll Systems
- Data management using Excel & Alteryx
- Data warehousing and database maintenance
- Data privacy/ GDPR key concepts
