About the Role
Step into the world of Talent Acquisition with us! As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll get the unique chance to take full ownership of our internship program – from A to Z. You’ll be at the heart of how we attract, onboard, and support our amazing interns, while also gaining exposure to wider recruitment and employer branding projects. Your Mission
- Internship Program – End-to-End Ownership
Be in charge of our internship cycle: from collecting requests, running recruitment campaigns, and onboarding new starters, to fostering a positive intern community, strengthening our employer branding, supporting exits, and improving the overall intern experience. You’ll be the go-to person for everything internships! - Talent Acquisition Support
Jump in to support the TA team with day-to-day recruitment activities across functions whenever needed. Think of it as your playground to discover the world of recruitment beyond internships. - Adhoc Projects & Employer Branding
From refining processes and running employer branding campaigns, to supporting with career fairs, content creation, or even refreshing our career site – you’ll have the flexibility to shape projects based on your own interests and learning goals. Tell us what you want to explore, and we’ll help you get there so you can walk out a TA pro. - Operational & Admin Support
A little goes a long way – you’ll help with things like managing the TA mailbox, creating newsletters, or assisting with translations. Not the main part of your role, but a nice skill-building add-on.
Who Are You?
- You’re looking for an internship where you can take ownership, grow fast, and leave your mark.
- You have a professional level of English and are a native speaker of one of Belgium’s national languages (French or Dutch). Bonus points if you’re trilingual – that’s a big plus!
- You’re curious about Human Resources, Employer Branding, and Recruitment.
- You’re independent, well-organized, and proactive – but also love being part of a team and having fun while achieving goals.
- Most importantly: you’re eager to learn and ready to bring fresh energy and ideas to the table.
We’re open to both paid internships (CIP/BIS) and non-paid internships if your school’s convention requires it.

Closer to home, you’ll be joining our Talent Acquisition Benelux team. Led by our TA Manager, we’re a supportive and collaborative group spread across Belgium and the Netherlands. In Brussels, you’ll work side by side with a welcoming, close-knit team of three. You’ll also stay connected with our Dutch colleagues – a fantastic team of four, including two other interns – giving you plenty of opportunities to learn, share, and grow together.
