Context :


As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll have the exciting opportunity to join us from September onwards, and for a period of at least 4 months. You'll play a vital role in coordinating our Young Graduate Program, helping us finding our next generation of talents! You will also give the TA team support on other projects such as recruitment and campus recruitment, employer branding, internship selection, ID&E and many more. 


Your job will involve :

Young Graduate Program

  • You will actively help for the launch of our Young Graduate Program and the selection of our future Young Talents.
  • Change and adapt content (for example website, job description, presentations,etc.)
  • Responsible for the selection process: Screening – Interviewing - Assessment of candidates
  • Prepare the onboarding days for new trainees
  • Coordinate and animate the onboarding
  • Ensure a great candidate experience during the whole process


Campus Recruitment and Recruitment – ID&E – Project management 

  • Support our Campus Recruitment activities
  • Help the specialists on recruitments
  • Collaborate with our ID&E partners and attend events – workshops, etc 
  • Support to the TA team for ad hoc projects (Employer branding – ID&E projects – etc.)
  • Manage internships recruitment at Coca Cola Europacific Partners

Who are you? :

  • Ideally you speak French and/or Dutch fluently and you have a good level in English 
  • You are interested in Human resources, Employer Branding and Recruitment
  • You are independent, rigorous, good planning & organization skills, team player, someone that takes initiative and lead when necessary
  • More importantly you are eager to learn
