Shift Patterns 4x12 Rotating  Shift

Want to work with a motivated high performing team, you’ll be playing a crucial role in keeping The Keri Juice Manufacturing Plant running at its best and be part of our highly engaged manufacturing team. Sound like you? Great, read on, since right now we’ve got 3 roles up for grabs, two operators and one batch maker position.

Your Impact 

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly on the line – from mixing our iconic recipes to making sure bottles are packed perfectly.  You'll be:

• Some experience in a manufacturing environment working with similar machinery would be an advantage but full training will be provided
• Competent fork hoist operator would be an advantage
• Enjoy fast-paced working environments 
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willing to learn and grow within the company
• And most importantly have a great attitude aligned to CCEP’s values - stand together, take the lead and keep it real.  

Shifts run on a set patternbut flexibility is important – especially when it gets busy. 

Day Shift Hours:

• 4x12 Roster- 48 hours
  6:00am – 6:00pm (12-hour shifts, rotating pattern)

About You 

We’re after people who are: 

• Reliable, punctual, and up for learning
• Hands on and ready to get stuck in
• Good with numbers and detail
• Strong team players and communicators
• Ideally have experience in manufacturing or food/beverage production (bonus if you’ve worked with machinery or batching systems before)
• Safety-conscious and understand food quality and hygiene standards
• Any leadership experience? Even better – we’d love to hear about it
