Quality Assurance Manager

The Role
We’ve got a great leadership opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to take charge of our Keri Juice QA team and keep our quality standards at the top. Reporting to the Keri Juice Manufacturing Manager, you’ll lead all things QA for the site – making sure we’re always on top of food safety, quality systems, compliance and audits.
You’ll play a key role in:
- Leading our Food Safety Team
- Running all lab services and keeping equipment calibrated
- Reporting on quality results quickly and accurately
- Supporting new product launches and new tech roll-outs
- Reducing consumer complaints and digging into root causes
- Making sure we meet ISO, FSSC and customer standards
- Driving good manufacturing practices across the site
- Supporting environmental compliance
Simply put – you’ll be the go-to for food safety and quality, every day.
About You
You’ll bring at least 5 years’ experience in a QA leadership role in food or beverages, with a strong understanding of HACCP and quality systems. You’ll also have:
- Proven experience leading teams and lifting standards
- Strong lab skills and technical know-how
- The ability to problem-solve and dig into the detail
- A science qualification (bonus but not a deal-breaker)
