Be responsible for delivering outstanding execution of the “Picture of Success” in outlets within their area of control by leading, managing and coaching under their control, jointly working with Key Account NKAMs and LKAMs in order to achieve volume and revenue targets.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead the team to ensure that the PICOS are executed in every store, every week with coaching / audit and up to date in order to achieve sales and marketing execution.
Responsible to review target by each area analyze performance to identify sales opportunity.
Monitoring marketing program implemented (up to store level) in respective account as per plan to improved sales performance in each account.
Manage overall process and Identify area opportunity related to: Implementation Service Level to each outlet, review strategic routing, outlet development, order management and field verification
Manage overall performance management process in respective area and responsible to Cascade target to SE/ MDS level
Foster high-performance culture and build people capability.
Manage subordinates and develop capability through setting and reviewing subordinates’ performance target, regular coaching and ensuring implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP)
Regularly review and improve team’s capability to fulfill role and responsibility expectation
Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan
Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken.
