About the role

As a Vending Machine Replenishment & Customer Service Specialist (internally known as a Store Activation Specialist), you’ll play a key role in ensuring our iconic Coca-Cola beverages are always within easy reach across Cairns and North Queensland.

You’ll visit a range of sites to restock and merchandise our vending machines — keeping them full, fresh, and ready to refresh. If you like to stay active and work independently, this is a perfect role. You’ll safely lift product in and out of your company vehicle and bring our brands to life wherever you go.

You’ll have a keen eye for detail and high standards — because you take pride in how Coca-Cola brands look and the joy they bring to our customers every day.
You enjoy working on your own but also value being part of a supportive team that comes together to celebrate success.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous experience in customer service, merchandising or delivery.

• A current MR truck licence (or willingness for us to support you in obtaining one).

• The ability to safely lift up to 18kg repeatedly — safety is at the heart of everything we do.

• A positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility to get the job done right.
