Our amazing distribution team make sure our drinks are ready to go to all of our thirsty customers around NZ! We have an opportunity for a Flow Controller in our Christchurch Distribution Centre. This could be the next role for you! This role is Monday to Friday, between 1pm and 10 pm.  

Your Impact
As a Flow Controller, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe and efficient movement of customer orders from picking/packing through to on-time delivery.

The Role
Key duties include:

  • Being an effective team member and contribute towards the achievement of team objectives.
  • Schedule all Outbound to meet customer requirements, transport booking times, minimise out of stocks and maintain a smooth flow of work/product throughout the DC.
  • Confirmation of warehouse activity in SAP & WMS.
  • CHEP documentation attention to detail for Transport companies and Contractors.
  • All Contractor loads are available on Handheld devices.
  • Maintain Documented policies and procedures in line with Operational Excellence Standards.


What do I need
You'll be someone who is able to prioritise tasks and handle competing demands. Your interpersonal and communication skills will be at a high level, and you'll have a strong technical focus. 
It's a busy role! You'll be super adaptable and proficient at problem solving, planning and organising. 
You will need to be IT literate and will need to have excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.. You will have SAP and WMS systems experience.


Finally, your contribution to the success of your team and customer focus will make you a valuable member of the distribution team.
